Do you support third-party or remote audits?

Yes. We host checklist-driven sessions with process records, equipment registers and operator qualifications, plus a live line walk-through. Sensitive data is redacted; requests are confirmed within 48 hours.

Can we review anonymized process data samples?

Yes. We share de-identified datasets covering key dimensions, yield by shift, SPC trends, alarm logs and sample travelers, with time range, sampling frequency, gauges and calibration traceability stated.

What traceability level, and how fast is isolation?

Each unit links to material lots, process parameters and test results. Issues are isolated within 24 hours with an affected-range list.

How do you respond when defects appear?

We contain on the same shift and issue a 24-hour interim note, then deliver a five-day root-cause with corrective and preventive actions. If it’s on us, spares or expedited shipments are provided.

Can final inspection records be exported?

Yes. Each serial links to tests, measurements and photo logs; we export CSV/PDF bundles with digital stamps. Retention is at least five years, and we can map to your ERP format.

How do you control supplier changes?

Suppliers are qualified and scored quarterly. Any change to form, fit or performance needs prior notice, samples and a short re-qualification.
