Standard thermal modules rarely match a project one-to-one. If you need a compact size, a certain field of view, specific image quality, or a defined interface, a tailored module makes integration faster and more reliable. Gemin Optics builds configurable thermal camera module that arrive calibrated for stable, repeatable results.

We focus on flexibility. You can choose the resolution level, lens and field-of-view set (from wide to telephoto), fixed or motorized focus, and shuttered or shutter-free designs. Interfaces can be USB, serial, or camera interface, and we provide a software package with drivers and sample code for Windows, Linux, and Android. From prototype to pilot run and regular supply, our engineers help you move quickly without forcing high minimum orders.

Quality is built in: factory calibration, thermal drift compensation, and 100% functional and image checks at defined temperatures. Every unit has serial-number traceability with stored calibration files. You also receive clear documentation, CAD models, evaluation kits, and material compliance files such as RoHS/REACH. Typical uses include outdoor observation, security, industrial monitoring, drone payloads, range-finding systems, and handheld devices—subject to local regulations.
